Say which iPhone or iPad you have and what you did just before the problem. Settings › Error log has a file you can attach.

Where is my data?

On your iPhone or iPad, in the app. There's no account and no server. Settings › Export data writes everything to one file. Settings › Import data reads it back on another iPhone or iPad.

Backups

Turn on Settings › Backups and a copy goes to your own iCloud Drive once a day. To bring it back, use Settings › Import data › Backup.

Bank statements

In Revolut, open your account and tap Statement. Choose Excel, pick the dates, then Share and copy it. In Impensa, go to Settings › Import data › Bank statements and paste it. You check each spend before it's added. Other banks are coming later.

Clearing old spends

Settings › Clear old spends deletes every spend before a day you pick, with its receipt. Your cards and categories stay.

Deleting everything

Settings › Delete everything, or delete the app. Backups in iCloud Drive › Impensa stay until you delete them there.
